Aromatherapy massage

Aromatherapy massage is a massage therapy similar to the Swedish massage but with essential oils added to the massage oil. Inhaling essential oils through the nose is thought to promote beneficial changes in the mind and body by affecting the limbic system (a region of the brain known to influence the nervous system). Essential oils are also absorbed through the skin. It is believed that the diverse essential oils affect our body differently. Therefore, at Thai Zen you have the opportunity to choose what do you want to achieve through the aromatherapy. We offer you the following compositions of essential oils:

Energy: with essential oils of lemon, grapefruit, cypress and peppermint.
Citrus aromas in combination with cypress and mint revitalize and create the sense of complete recovery. They tone the body and create a fresh energy feeling.

Anti-Depression: with essential oils of lemon, geranium, lavender and rose.
The composition "Anti-Depression" restores inner peace and mental equilibrium. It reduces anxiety and accumulated negativism and returns self-confidence. The composition calms down, improves the mood, and returns the desire for life and harmony with the surrounding world.

Anti-Insomnia: with essential oils of mandarin, orange, ylang-ylang and lavender.
This combination of pure essential oils contributes to pleasant and relaxed dreams. It reduces fatigue, relaxes the body, and creates a sense of peace.

Relaxation: with essential oil of lavender.
Lavender oil aromatherapy calms the nervous system by lowering blood pressure, heart rate, and skin temperature as well as changing brain waves to a more relaxed state.
